Welcome to VERWOOD ROTARY'S "RUSTIC FAYRE" 2012.The Rotary Club of Verwood is busy working on their nineteenth “Rustic Fayre”, the town’s favourite day out. Always held on August Bank Holiday Monday, this year the 27th. The “Rustic” is the opportunity to catch-up with old friends, and make new ones. Potterne Park is officially closed for the day to accommodate the Fayre, which over the years has raised well in excess of £100,000- predominantly for the local community, but some for Rotary charities.
I’m particularly pleased to welcome you to this splendid new website, which gives details of the various attractions; classic cars & steam display, stalls, arena, car-boot etc. we will also be able to include information on local clubs, and the many charities who come to the Fayre to highlight their good deeds. Suppliers are also invited to support us and raise their visibility by sponsoring the site.
More contact details for the event will be added to the site in the coming weeks, and of course the excellent “Rustic” programme will be available to pick up free, at points all around Verwood, in late July.
